Donations
You are someone worth knowing believes in giving back. 10% of each purchase is donated to a different cause monthly. Our focus is to give back to organizations that align with our brand, but there are so many that we feel the need to switch the cause monthly.
April is National Sexual Assault Awareness Month, and in recognition of this vital cause, we are proud to donate 10% of every purchase this month to The Grateful Garments Project (TGGP). TGGP’s mission is to ensure that every survivor of sexual violence who seeks care at a Sexual Assault Response Team (SART) facility or requires medical and/or law enforcement support receives new clothing, toiletries, snacks, and other essential items. Their vision is simple yet powerful: no survivor should ever endure further suffering due to a lack of clothing when leaving a Sexual Violence Service Provider. Every survivor deserves to feel cared for, supported, and dignified in their recovery. Leaving a hospital after undergoing a rape kit exam without any clothes is a heartbreaking reality that often goes unnoticed until it directly affects you or someone you love. Our goal is to raise awareness about this critical issue. TGGP, a California-based organization, provides vital support to survivors, but unfortunately, I couldn’t find a similar organization here in Massachusetts, which is concerning. This is a cause that deserves to be nationwide, ensuring that no survivor faces the trauma of sexual violence without the basic support they need. Each day, TGGP provides essential resources to 35-45 victims—women, children, and men—across California.
